YOU DESERVE POSITIVITY AND SELF LOVE

CHOOSE IT FOR YOURSELF EVERYDAY

Sometimes it’s hard to survive in this world. There is too much to take in one breath. And it’s too easy to get yourself in the trap of darkness and depression. Be it a toxic relationship, a painful breakup, bullying, discrimination, racism, body shaming, domination, etc etc… The list goes on and on….. and sometimes its nothing but just life which keeps bringing difficulties for you on a daily basis and you get so involved in the present situation that you tend to forget there is a life beyond this situation too

I’m not an expert in any sense to guide regarding this but being a migraine patient and going through the severe painful phase when you just feel helpless both physically and mentally, I would like to share some self-realization moments of my life that I came across during the hardest time of my life and maybe that time shaped me into the person that I m today.
These are the few most important points to keep in mind to live a happy and balanced life.

LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF
Love yourself

I know it’s easier being said than being done. It is however the hardest part to do in the journey of life. Life keeps giving us thousands of reasons to stop loving your own self. sometimes the world’s opinion for you dominates your self-esteem and sometimes you give too much of your love to the other person that you eventually are left with nothing for yourself. All we need to understand is that the balance between self-love and life is the key to survival.

Sometimes we are too much involved in loving the other person that we start giving our whole attention towards the person or the situation and our existence loses its authenticity which makes our personality completely confusing and disturbing. Which makes me come to the conclusion that if you yourself will not be able to keep happiness on your own, how can you expect someone else to feel happy with you? And think about it, eventually, the whole world is attracted to happiness, entertainment, and peace. 

All you need to do is to create it all for yourself and eventually people will automatically get attracted to you. And if someone doesn’t, that makes it clear for you that the person wasn’t the right choice for you to keep in your beautiful journey of life.

We have too much going on around us on a regular basis that we don’t realize we are completely lost internally. It is very important to find our centre in order to maintain the balance between the mind and body. There is something beyond money, beyond society, beyond problems and that is you! If you won’t be there nothing will matter eventually. So before you start feeling lost in the world and its stupid silly problems that eventually doesn’t matter at all.

Let’s start focusing a little on finding your own origin. Just 5 minutes of pranayama or yoga or even just 5 minutes jog or walk in nature or maybe just meditating before going to sleep or even before getting up from the bed in the morning can literally change the way you see the world around you. All it does is, it keeps you connected to your own self and makes you a little more aware of your existence as a whole. Which helps in keeping your calm and helps you in making balanced decisions.

ITS IMPORTANT TO BE AWARE

From the lines like, why this happens to me only? or why God is so brutal with me? why me! Each and every person in this world has said these lines during the difficult times of there lives but they sometimes don’t realize that it’s not just them struggling through different phases, almost each and every human on earth is having some or the other issues. So if you feel suicidal, depressed, and helpless, you need to tell yourself that you are not alone in this.

The whole world is struggling and fighting and if they can, so do you! Being aware makes you realize that depression is not anything more than self-pity initially and all you have to do is to stop it from happening in the first phase itself before it becomes almost impossible for you to stop it from taking hold on your brain and make your brain work according to it.

Now the question is that how can we make ourselves aware and sound about the world and how can we make our vision broad and clear about how the world is running with a blend of negative and positive, good and bad. To understand the manner of life and to not let your thinking getting narrow, you need to educate yourself with time, to stop the wrong happening with you, and to make it right, you need to educate yourself about right and wrong.

Find solutions to your problem from the world itself. Read, write down some good inspirational stuff, listen, explore, travel. If you find the world complex and confusing just take a breath and read novels or good books.it will definitely change the way you see the world and you would find a unique sort of calmness and a feeling which is so fulfilling, and definitely an instant escape too. I don’t know how many of you have felt that but to me, the novels have literally made me travel to the unique world of imagination and after finishing any of them I feel so content mentally and emotionally which is the sole purpose of reading.

FOCUS ON YOUR HEALTH

If the body won’t support you nothing will ever be able to make you happy. I have had severe migraine issues, it made me feel so helpless. I used to be in so much pain all the time that I wasn’t able to do anything. After spending months in a dark room crying and feeling hopeless and helpless in so much pain day-night praying to god to just make that pain go away somehow and saying that’s all I want from him,  I realized that there are two ways for me to move forward in life, either I stay like this forever or I find ways to come out of it somehow and make sure to not make this happen again to me. I also realized how precious it is to not feel the pain and just have a healthy happy body. Feel the privilege that you have and respect it and take care of it. 

GO CLOSE TO THE NATURE
Nature

Nature has this beautiful way of cherishing and rejuvenating your soul somehow. Finding a beautiful peaceful spot in your home where you can sit down for sometime during the day. Maybe having a sip of coffee or tea or a fresh juice starring at the wind flowing through the trees, looking at the trees, its leaves creating the beautiful soothing noises when moving from the wind. It makes you forget everything else happening around you for a moment. Giving yourself some me-time is very very important.
why do people want to go on a trip after every few exerting stressful months?

That is because you need nature to rejuvenate you, heal your body as well as your soul. But we can’t travel anytime and all the time. So, why not make a relaxing spot for yourself at home? It is good to heal yourself more often and go through the beautiful process of rejuvenation just to remind yourself every single day that –

GIRL, YOU ARE MADE OF ALL GOLD AND SILVER. YOU ARE HERE TO SHINE AND GLOW. REMEMBER YOU ARE JUST YOU UNCOMPARABLE AND UNSTOPPABLE. STOP CONSIDERING YOURSELF AS SOMEONE’S ABOVE OR BELOW. YOU SHINE AND SHINE AND SHINE AND SHINE. FADING THE DARKNESS AWAY. EVERY DAY YOU DESERVE ONLY HAPPINESS AND SUCCESS CHUCK THE WORLD AND SMILE SO HARD. LET YOUR PRESENCE MAKE IT’S OWN WAY.
